Scandinal - Lochie

I wasn't sure what cactegory to post this to. This is my entry to =Centauran's contest to promote his novels. His journal has more info. Original due date was today (hooray, I made it!) but he has extended his contest for another 2 weeks. There's great prizes including deviantART subscriptions. There's still time!

This is a polymer clay sculpture of Lochie, quite pregnant! He is made from Fimo, Primo, and Sculpy III. Lochie sits at about 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) tall. His face was hand painted with acrylic paints, and I do love his cheeky little smirk.

edit: Centauran's contest has ended. Unfortunately, I did not place. I guess I should have put Lochie in his floral mumu, but thought his white jump-suit was much cuter. I also thought about adding the serpent, but really wanted to focus on one character. Ah well, nothing I can do about it now. Isn't that always the mentality? No matter what you do, you think you could have done better?
I did offer to mail this entry to Centauran though.
